Order Cancelation

Should you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by sending an email to sales@fitebc.com. Please be sure to quote your order number.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, there will be no charge imposed by FitEBC.com for cancelling your order, however, any payment gateway fees which are not refunded to FitEBC.com will be deducted from any amount refunded.

A contract for the sale of goods is formed at the point FitEBC.com dispatches the goods. FitEBC.com may cancel your order at any time, at our sole discretion, up until the goods have been dispatched.

Prices

Prices displayed on our site are in Australian dollars (AUD) by default, but the currency may be changed by the user using the currency selection dropdown menu. Please note, your card issuer may charge you a currency conversion fee which may increase the price above what is indicated on our site.

All prices shown include GST (Goods and Services Tax) but exclude postage/delivery charges.

Products sold on our site are sometimes sold at a discount. The ‘was’ price shows the RRP of the product before the discount (if any). Any discount offered on our site is at the sole discretion of FitEBC.com and is subject to change without notice at any time.

We accept the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna. We do not accept postal cheques for payment of goods.

When paying by credit card or debit card, payment will not be taken until your goods are ready to be dispatched.

If an item you have ordered is unavailable, for whatever reason, we shall call you first to discuss options before collecting payment from you. If we cannot offer a solution that is satisfactory to you, you may cancel your order.

Goods remain the property of FitEBC.com until payment is received in full.

Any misuse or attempted misuse of any form of payment fraudulently will be reported to law enforcement and we will assist the investigation in full.

Force Majeure

We reserve the right to cancel any order and will not be held liable for any failure to deliver goods or delay in delivering goods caused by any event that is beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, without limitation, a storm, fire, flood, earthquake, power failure, war, act of terrorism or pandemic.

Invalidity

In the event that any clause in this contract is deemed to be unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, warranties, and understandings between the parties and constitutes the entire Agreement between them relating to its subject matter.

Nothing said or any representation made by any FitEBC.com employee should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions for the goods provided.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales of Australia.

Where these terms and conditions have been translated into any language other than English which may give rise to an inconsistency in the translation, the English language version shall prevail.
