Product Description

Please Note: All EBC brake pads are priced and sold in AXLE SETS. Almost always, this means 4 pads per set. However, for a very limited number of vehicles where 8 or even 12 pads are required per axle, such as Audi RS and Corvette models, rest assured each set will contain the correct quantity of pads to replace ALL pads on that axle.

YellowStuff is EBC’s top-selling material for performance vehicles, striking the perfect balance between all the attributes of a fantastic brake pad. It works from cold, has low wear, possesses outstanding pedal modulation, and boasts high fade resistance. YellowStuff feels awesome, whether you’re driving around town, having fun in the twisties, or towing big loads. Its high ceramic content also means it produces considerably less brake dust than most other pads and virtually any OE semi-metallic brake pad.

Like all EBC road materials, YellowStuff has the highest N’ rating by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, containing zero heavy metals, zero asbestos, and zero copper. With YellowStuff, outstanding performance does not come at the expense of the environment.

YellowStuff is fully ECE R90 approved, having undergone rigorous independent testing in line with global brake standards, and is found to match or outperform OE parts. Unlike some other brands in the Australian market that claim to be ‘equivalent’ to OE but do not carry any approvals, EBC Brakes instead demonstrates its commitment to quality and safety through compliance with stringent brake regulation.

TIP: Customers often cross-shop Yellow with Red or Blue materials; here are the key differences: If your primary aim is low dust and your vehicle is used only on the street and never driven hard, RedStuff is a popular choice. However, Red is only marginally less dusty than Yellow, and the trade-off is that Red cannot compete with Yellow in terms of outright performance or wear life. For spirited driving of any kind, Yellow is superior to Red and a much better all-rounder. If your vehicle is high-performance, modified, or you plan on driving it hard or on track, BlueStuff material is our recommendation. Blue feels like Yellow after a double shot of espresso, possessing more bite, higher fade resistance, and improved wear life yet retains the progressive response characteristic and excellent road manners that customers love in Yellow.
